The Phantom Sensation takes on the persona of "The Band in Black" -a cult like group that narrates the events that unfold in this dystopian society. A young woman, Harry, witnesses the murder of her sister by an agent of a government conspirator. She plots revenge, eventually tracking the killer as he boards a "strange train with an angry face". These songs act as a warning for future passengers of the Blackgrass Express.
